Executive Team
Steve Lichter joined GLA, founded by his father, in 1989 as a sales representative. In 1994, Steve and his brother, Jeff became Partners in the business. After nearly 34 years as a managing partner overseeing GLA's retail and TV shopping business, Steve has begun his retirement and will stay involved in the business as a consultant. Prior to joining GLA, Steve received a marketing degree from Penn State University School of Business. Steve is a skilled leader, creative thinker, and experienced businessman. In his free time Steve enjoys spending time with his wife and children, traveling, and rooting for his favorite Philadelphia sports teams.

Seth Lichter joined GLA in 2020 as the Director of Finance. Prior to joining GLA, Seth graduated from Penn State University School of Business, became a Certified Public Accountant, worked for a Big 4 Accounting Firm and a large Insurance Company. Seth is a skilled financial professional with expertise in financial management, strategic business planning, and client services. In his free time Seth enjoys time with his family, friends, and his dog, Rex.

Matt Henderson joined GLA in 2013 as Key Account Manager working with brick & mortar retailers like TJX, BJ’s Wholesale Club, and Burlington Stores. In 2018, Matt became the Director of Sales and in 2021 Matt took an equity position in GLA as a Partner. Prior to joining GLA, Matt attended The University of Maryland College Park and graduated with a degree in Business Management, worked in housewares sales for 20 years at companies like Meyer Corporation, Calphalon (Newell), Fox Run Brands, and Outset. In his free time Matt enjoys traveling and spending time with his husband and three boys.

Jake Raio joined GLA in 2021 as the Business Coordinator of Finance. Prior to joining GLA, Jake graduated from Towson University and worked for OnSite Medical Solutions as well as Notch Management Group as an Account Executive. Jake is skilled in data analytics, platform development, as well as client support and retention. In his free time, Jake enjoys traveling and watching sports with friends.

Adina Miccio joined GLA in 2016 as the Vice President of Sales for the Food Division. Prior to joining GLA, Adina started her own cookie company at the age of 18, sold her business to a publicly held company, worked with David's Cookies, developed her career in gourmet retail, foodservice, and wholesale, and spent nearly two decades in retail television sales. Adina is skilled in brand development, marketing strategies, packaging design, logistics, and bringing high energy both on camera as On Air Talent at QVC and off camera managing GLA's food business. In her free time Adina enjoys time with her family and being a self-proclaimed "foodie".

Lauren Oniskey joined GLA in 2016 as the Senior Sales Manager for the Food Division. Prior to joining GLA, Lauren graduated from Philadelphia University and worked as an associate buyer at QVC in the food and kitchen gadget office. Lauren is skilled at creating strong relationships with vendors and developing products and strategies to drive brand growth. In her free time Lauren enjoys spending time with her husband and 4 young boys.

Lisa Matz joined GLA in 2003 as a member of the retail sales team for key accounts, department stores, and national specialty chains. For the past 15 years, Lisa has worked on the QVC sales team currently specializing in the Storage & Organization, Travel and TableTop categories. Prior to joining GLA, Lisa graduated from Penn State University with a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, worked as a buyer for a National Department Store, and as a buyer for two specialty kitchenware chains. Lisa is a skilled vendor rep with experience in international sourcing, product development, and client representation. In her free time, Lisa enjoys spending time with her daughter and husband, traveling, beach vacations and cheering on her beloved Nittany Lions.

Mike James joined GLA in 2017 as a member of the retail sales team and transitioned to the QVC team in 2020 focusing on Culinary and Celebrity Brands. Prior to joining GLA, Mike graduated from Towson University, held positions in strategic account management and leadership roles at Newell Rubbermaid, World Kitchen, Faucet Queen and Fox Run Brands, and is experienced with multiple distribution channels such as Mass, Big Box, Grocery and Ecommerce. Mike has nearly 30 years of experience and is skilled in the consumer products industry, he is successful in driving strategic partnerships, and he is a leader who focuses on working cross-functionally to nurture customers to success. In his free time Mike enjoys moments and milestones with his wife and kids as well as rooting for the Baltimore Ravens.

Brad Stiles joined GLA in 2018 as Sales Manager in gourmet retail, building his business to managing GLA's HSN sales and most recently progressing to a Senior Sales Manager for all hardlines on HSN as well as the categories of Home Innovations, Household, Home Improvement, Personal Care, Seasonal, and Cleaning on QVC Network. Prior to joining GLA, Brad graduated from Temple University with a BA in Marketing and held the title of Regional Market Manager for Stanley Black & Decker. Brad is a skilled team member with experience that makes him an asset on the vendor side and rep side of the business. In his free time Brad enjoys traveling, carpentry, golfing, craft beer, and spending time with his wife, Melissa, and dog, Bentley.

Allison Hansen joined GLA in 2021 as the Business Coordinator. Prior to joining GLA, Allison graduated from Texas Christian University with a degree in Radio, Television, and Film and held roles as an e-commerce account specialist, account coordinator, and sales operations specialists at major companies such as Fox Run Brands and Westinghouse Lighting. Allison has over 15 years of experience in the consumer products industry, is efficient and detail-oriented, and skilled in account management, project management, product launches, and e-commerce growth. In her free time, Allison enjoys spending time outdoors, relaxing on the beach, traveling, and volunteering for a local no-kill animal shelter.

Tom Fitzpatrick joined GLA in 2019 as a Senior Sales Manager. Prior to joining GLA, Tom graduated from St. Joseph's University with a BA in business and social sciences, worked as a Territory Sales Manager at a national electrical re-distributor, and held National Sales positions for companies such as Typhoon USA, William Bounds Ltd, and Fox Run Brands. Tom is skilled in outside sales, project management, and customer relations, and is passionate about collaboration, diversification, and consistent sales growth. In his free time Tom enjoys traveling, time with his family and being creative in the kitchen.

Colleen Czarnecki joined GLA in 2021 as the Business Coordinator for the Food Division. Prior to joining GLA, Colleen graduated from Penn State University, built a career in education, and worked in ed-tech sales. Colleen is detail oriented and skilled at building relationships. In her free time Colleen enjoys bringing people together and focusing on wellness as a passion.

Luc Raio joined GLA in 2024 as the Business Coordinator, QVC. Prior to joining GLA, Luc graduated from Towson University, worked for House MD as an account executive and Pride Management Organization in operations. Luc is skilled in platform development and optimization, client support and retention, and project management. In his free time Luc enjoys hanging out with friends and family and watching the New York Jets.

Wendy Steinberg joined GLA in 2009 as a Business Coordinator. She later became a Retail Sales Manager, Production Coordinator, and most recently became the Vice President of Content. Prior to joining GLA, Wendy graduated from Penn State University with a degree in Education, worked as a retail manager for Ann Taylor and Zany Brainy, and taught at a preschool and as a substitute teacher while her children were young. Wendy is a skilled and tenured member of GLA with ample experience, product knowledge, organizational skills, and creative vision. In her free time, Wendy enjoys traveling and spending time with her husband and her boys.

MarkCharles Misilli, "MCM", joined GLA in 2001 as the first member of the On Air Talent team. Prior to joining GLA, MCM graduated from Oneonta State with a BA in Speech communications and theater and developed his career in design, marketing, sales. MCM is a skilled on-air personality, cookbook author, designer, and television host.
In his free time MCM enjoys designing the interiors of homes and tablescapes for celebrations, travelling, trying new cuisines, seeing live performances and spending time with his family. Lynn Willis joined GLA in 2021 as the Director of Culinary Presentations and Sample Logistics. Prior to joining GLA, Lynn graduated from The Culinary Institute of America, has more than 30 years experience in restaurants, food service management, recipe writing, and food styling, and worked as a live broadcast stylist for more than 10 years and as a Studio Kitchen Lead for 4 years at QVC Network. Lynn is a skilled chef and food stylist with expertise in coordinating culinary sales strategies, designing and styling presentations, and creating recipes for broadcast television. In her free time Lynn enjoys outdoor walks, reading, a leisurely meal and spending time with her family.

Jeremy Parker joined GLA in 2015 as a member of the On-Air Talent team. Prior to joining GLA, Jeremy attended USC Marshall School of Business and the Cal Poly Pomona Business and Entrepreneurship Program, worked as a spokesperson for many brands such as Bulbhead, Telebands, Ontel, Idea Village, Emson, JML, Smart Inventions, Your Products on QVC, HSN, and TSC, appeared in over 30 commercials and infomercials, developed the "Go Chef" campaign which aired in over 200 countries, and appeared in advertisements including UGO Bluetooth headphone/hats, Fab Brows cosmetics, World's Greatest Pot, Minute Lift, and more. Jeremy is a skilled team member with years of cooking, marketing, and television experience.

Stacey Stauffer joined GLA in 2021 as On Air Talent. Prior to joining GLA, Stacey graduated from University of Pittsburgh with a BA in writing, became a nationally recognized TV personality, Emmy-award nominated news anchor, keynote speaker, Host at QVC Network, spokesperson for hundreds of national brands including Apple, Dyson, and KitchenAid, and celebrity host working with big names such as Martha Stewart, Geoffrey Zakarian, Ina Garten, and Christie Brinkley. Stacey is a vivacious, energetic, experienced, and skilled storyteller.

Serena Lawhorn joined GLA in 2023 as a Production Coordinator. Prior to joining GLA, Serena graduated from Drexel University with a degree in Game Design & Production. She brings with her valuable experience as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator at Sephora, where she honed her organizational and communication skills. Serena is a skilled project manager with a passion for game development and a commitment to achieving exceptional results.

Outside of work, Serena dedicates her free time to staying fit and healthy by hitting the gym regularly. Additionally, she indulges her creative side with a love for makeup artistry, continually exploring new techniques and trends in the cosmetics world.

Jessie has been a QVC guest for a decade, shifting from fashion to food presenting two years ago. Her media journey began with high school newspaper writing, followed by a stint as a radio DJ in Scranton PA. Covering lifestyle content in Philadelphia, she even had an early TV segment on NBC10 with GLA family's Stacey.
Now based in Chester County, Jessie, along with husband Justin, toddler Jack, and tuxedo-cat Baby, resides in a woodland home, acting as a cozy gathering spot. She loves sharing life-simplifying tips and items, being the baker and side-dish maker for her family. Fun fact: as a kid, she had the dream job of taste-testing candy for Topps, the makers of Ring Pops & Push Pops, thanks to her mom submitting her to their focus group through a newspaper ad. Sweet gig, indeed!

Max is a skilled team member with a great attention to detail and a can do attitude. Mary Christo joined GLA in January of 2018 after serving the industry on the Vendor side of the business throughout her career after graduating from the University of Lowell in Massachusetts. She is a dynamic and accomplished career CPG Sales Professional with a passion for building successful teams and driving remarkable sales growth. Mary leads our Retail Team and, personally, focuses on working with our Brand partners to develop product opportunities for TJX, Burlington and Ross as well as managing several other Key Accounts in the territory.
Prior to GLA, her successes include leading the SodaStream revolution to create a new category and drive incremental sales for Retailers across the country as well as leadership roles at Rival, Holmes, Tensor and Sistema.
In her spare time, Mary enjoys time with her family, particularly her 3 grandchildren, traveling and has dedicated herself to serving on Non Profit Boards such as DOVE Inc, an organization dedicated to ending Domestic Violence and Break A Leg Theatre, an organization that supports performing Arts opportunities for children.

Tammie joined GLA in 2015 as a Sales Representative for independent and gourmet retail. In 2019 she became a Retail Sales Manager as she added two gourmet retail chains to her responsibilities, and then became responsible for 3 grocery chains in 2021. Tammie’s growth in the organization has positioned her take on additional responsibilities in the Grocery COT and bring incremental revenue to our vendor and retail partners.

Eric M. Soss joined GLA in the mid-2000s as a GLA Sales Representative for the NY Metro Market, where he managed both independent and major customers, as well as off-price clients.
Before becoming part of the GLA team, Eric was a Regional Sales Manager at AT Home International. In this role, he oversaw six different representative groups responsible for handling a wide array of independent and major retailers. His primary objective was to attract new customers and boost sales for each of these accounts. Eric is a seasoned professional, bringing a wealth of experience and expertise to his work at GLA. He has a proven track record of achieving sales targets and fostering strong customer relationships.
Eric is a proud graduate of CUNY's Baruch College in NYC, where he earned his Bachelor's Degree in Marketing and minored in Advertising. Outside of work, Eric enjoys spending quality time with his wife, son, and daughter. He has a passion for live music and loves to explore new destinations through traveling.
